Some months ago, account3 was invited by Meiji University to undertake a series of lectures to its graduate students.
On Friday 9th October 2009, Toni and Jo arrived at the Narita Airport, Japan, jetlagged but filled with anticipation and a lot of relief that we had not missedthe flight!
We were met by Ryoko and Kubu, old friends, who whipped us into Tokyo with typical Japanese effciency. The drive took about one and half hours through the financial and industrial districts ...passing Disneyland and Island of dreams before hitting Tokyo, a huge city housing 13million people.
So we are here, taking lots of snapshots of the cityand its beautiful people. Stay tuned for the pics!
